We hope you enjoyed the Scanpack fair as positive as we.
We handed out over 1000 glasses of fresh orange juice, and we had at least as many inspiring conversations.
The packaging industry is moving towards smaller runs but more exclusive and complex productions. And it is exactly there we have our main competence.
We hope to have many inspiring projects together with you in the future and we welcome you to contact us for a dialog.
As of October, Björn Ernstson is project manager at Profilskaparen. Björn contributes valuable
craftmanship after working for almost 20 years at bookbinding company Åhnbergs Bokbinderi and previously at A+B/Perga. Working as a project manager at Profilskaparen is being somewhat of an inventor and work in close collaboration with the customer to find the best solution, both from a business perspective and to create a unity, where the product and packaging interact to create the best possible effect.
Björn will represent Profilskaparen at the Scanpack fair in Gothenburg on 23-26 October.
Welcome to visit us at booth F00:17.
For Scania it is important that vendors can show potential customers what interior details that are available in the various bus models. Profilskaparen, in collaboration with Scania’s design team, has produced ”BusBox” – a customised collection box that shows all sorts of possible combinations in terms of choice of floor, wall, ceiling and textile choices, in an orderly and tasteful manner. The box is also a bag that can be carried by the vendor and used on location with the customer. All samples are labelled with a name and presented in a professional and appealing manner based on Scania’s communication values.
”The efforts to develop the box has gone very well,” says Isabella Habijan, responsible for the procurement at Scania. ”We have together worked through a number of prototypes that finally led us to this solution. We are very satisfied with the way Profilskaparen has helped us to choose the material, print techniques and construction in order to meet our high standard of finish and finesse.”
Two important factors during the production of the box included the format and durable combination with the look. Since Scania’s vendors are often on the move, the box had to be easy to carry and stash in a luggage compartment on an airplane. The measurements have been specifically set for this purpose. Another requirement was that the box must not be perceived as too bulky and heavy as it contains many different samples. When selecting materials Profilskaparen worked carefully to choose a durable material that does not wear too quickly. At the same time the material had to be of such a nature that Profilskaparen’s design team could work with it and apply the right print. Furthermore, the lock of the lid and the reinforcement of the strap were details where special focus has been placed, as these appear very clearly on the outside of the box and are used frequently.
An office building at Sturegatan 10 is seeking new tenants and in order to give an idea of what the property looks like, it commissioned Profilskaparen. In this exciting project, we have developed a model in which all eight floors of the building can be turned outwards, so that the viewer can see the layout on each floor.
“The project has been a major challenge both in terms of material selection and keeping within the time frame,” says Andreas Wigerman, project manager at Profilskaparen.
The customer has designed the model and Profilskaparen is responsible for the project management, material, printing and distribution. The model also features a key-shaped USB drive with information about the facilities, all packed in an exclusive carrier bag that has also been produced by Profilskaparen. Delivery is made by courier to potential tenants selected by the customer.

To be able to be part of the project at an early stage and help the client take the idea from paper to finished product is particularly stimulating. Visit us at Realtors Fair on the 25th November – booth A.1
Purchasing a house or an apartment is an important decision for most people. Realtors are aware that binders or folders which the object is presented in, is significant for how it is perceived and what feelings and values it gives the buyer and seller. Profilskaparen has over the years helped several realtors by adding value and provide sales context by their binders and folders.
Several of our customers come to us because the products they seek are not available on the market. Through our own manufacturing, we guarantee both high quality and unique products. Most importantly we deliver what we promise. Visit us at Stockholm Waterfront on the 25th November.
